The individual from ECM providing the proposal, presenting the product and all of its attributes, including photos of similar installations in our area was excellent. We purchased a completely new AC system for our home and was very impressed with the product for its new technology, superior materials used and overall quality of each component. That is just one example out of the many I have experience with this company. I hope they do realize that people have to work for a living and their "courtesty call" should be call a "Hostage Call" as you are glue to you phone all day and hope you don't miss that call or else your out of luck! They are just not very flexiable or helpful. When I call back at 4:57 PM they were like "Sorry we call and you did not answer your phone and its our policy that the service be reschedule as the technician is on the way home". They call me at 4:45 Pm and I miss the call as my phone did not wring and went straight to voicemail. I call to schedule a service for today 2-6 pm and request a 30 minutes courtesty call as I have a full time job.

I have a contract with ECM and can not wait for it to expire! ECM install a brand New AC unit last year April by August of this year it stop working. I would not recommend using them unless you like wasting your money and like poor customer service. They are sooo UNFLEXIABLE and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible company to work with.
